I hope you had a great Christmas and New Year celebrations. We had some friends over  from Singapore for Christmas. It was their first Christmas so we did the traditional English thing with Goose, Turkey and all the trimmings. They then cooked  us some traditional Singapore dishes including Fish Head Curry. It was surprisingly tasty and filling.  I’ll be posting a recipe for this soon along with some others they gave me – one uses the Ken Hom Steamer which you can buy from Cookshop Direct
